tar is the ever elusive Bip Squack Bird!
I think I saw tar on the Red line one morning, if he wears Adidas then it was him. At least I think I recognize that bike; no nonsense fixy.Anyhow, he among others motivated me to fix up a single speed and I've commuted to work three times.
