sometimes I wonder why the Specialized Tri Cross was not recalled
that front brake chatter issue should not have to be a DIY project for the consumer
I wonder how many people were injured from the front brake chatter issues on the Specialized Tri Cross?
I know that I suffered an crash and an injury from that faultiness...
anyone else?

Lower your straddle hanger and your chatter should go away.
the point is that the bike should roll out of the shop working... not send the rider into a dangerous situation
I have since put on EMPELLA brakes and a Specialized adapter... which I had to purchase
the point is... this situation may have merited a recall...
It was probably the mechanic at fault as most put the straddle hanger way to high.
Was the crash recent?
